Learn about Buystation’s refund and return policies for accounts, boosting, currency, and items.

These policies apply when there is a dispute between buyer and seller. We encourage direct communication between both parties to resolve issues amicably. Refunds can be requested by opening a dispute or contacting our 24/7 live support.

Note: Refund requests are valid within the free or extended warranty period (if purchased). Processing time may take up to 1 week. Funds are first returned to your Buystation balance. Refunds to original payment methods (non-prepaid cards) are available upon request through support.

Accounts

Eligible for refund if:

  • The account was compromised.
  • The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time.
  • The login credentials are incorrect.*
  • The account is not full access (email not provided or unable to be changed).
  • The account is not as described (and you haven't altered it by: changing login, playing, purchasing, or reselling)

* If there's a dispute regarding login credentials, the seller has 12 hours to respond before Buystation intervenes.

Not eligible for refund if:

  • The order was purchased by mistake and delivered.
  • Login details were changed by the buyer.
  • The buyer played on or modified the account.
  • The account was banned due to buyer actions (botting, toxicity, contacting developers).
  • Evidence was shared outside Buystation.
  • The item/account was not purchased on Buystation.

Boosting

Eligible for refund if:

  • Seller failed to fully deliver the boost within the guaranteed time.
  • Seller caused damage to the account (stat loss, demotion).
  • Unauthorized item use or login changes by the seller.*
  • Seller used third-party tools causing a restriction or ban.*

* Report such incidents immediately.

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Order was mistakenly purchased but delivered.
  • Guaranteed time has not expired.
  • Buyer interfered with the process or restricted access.
  • Evidence was shared outside Buystation.
  • Boost was not purchased on Buystation.
  • Ban resulted from buyer actions.

Currency & Items

Eligible for refund if:

  • Seller failed to deliver within guaranteed time.
  • Delivery was partial or account was compromised.
  • Undisclosed risks (excluding RWT) caused account damage.
  • Currency/items were acquired via cheating/fraud.

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Purchase was made outside Buystation.
  • Delivery time hasn’t expired.
  • Buyer shared evidence outside Buystation.
  • Ban was due to RWT or disclosed risks.
  • Buyer gave wrong account/character and delivery was completed.
  • Buyer re-traded items after delivery.*

* Do not engage in further trades after delivery is confirmed.

Requesting Refunds

  1. Contact the seller to cancel the order.
  2. If unresolved, open a dispute.
  3. Buystation will review and resolve the case fairly.
  4. Cancelled order funds (minus applicable fees) are returned to your Buystation balance.
  5. Contact support if you wish to withdraw funds to your payment method.

Refund Methods

  • Store Credit: Cancelled funds are returned to your Buystation balance by default.
  • Original Payment Method: Available by request for eligible payment types (excluding prepaid cards).

Return Policy

If the order is as described:

Returns are not mandatory. Sellers may accept returns voluntarily if items are undamaged.

If the order is not as described:

Returns are expected only if the goods are unaltered, meaning:

  • Login details are unchanged.
  • Account is unused.
  • No purchases made.
  • The account was not resold.
