BuyStation.gg Account Warranty Policy

To ensure the safety of our customers, all account purchases come with a complimentary 5-day warranty. If you encounter any issues with your newly purchased account, simply open a dispute and provide details of the problem to request a refund. The warranty remains active throughout the dispute process, even if it extends beyond the 5-day period.

Warranty Updates

  • Effective March 20th: GTA 5 accounts will temporarily benefit from a 14-day account warranty at no extra charge.
  • Effective June 10th: Fortnite and Rainbow Six Siege accounts will also receive a 10-day warranty for free.

Extended Warranty

Looking for additional protection? For an extra fee, you can extend your warranty to 3 months or 6 months.

This option is available only for select offers – simply check for the extended warranty feature at checkout.

✅ What Your Warranty Covers

  • The account does not function or is different from the description.
  • Loss of access due to the seller's account recovery.
  • Account bans resulting from the transfer of ownership.
  • Account bans due to actions taken by the seller.

❌ What Your Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Account bans caused by your actions (e.g., using cheats on the account).
  • Loss of access unrelated to the seller (e.g., forgetting your password).
  • Account bans for not following seller instructions (e.g., contacting game support despite being told not to).
  • Reselling the account to someone else, as the warranty will be voided.

Extended Warranty Claims

If any issues arise after the initial 5-day period and you’ve purchased an extended warranty:

  • Submit a claim.
  • Our team will assess your case within 3–5 business days.
Please note: If the seller is involved in assisting with your warranty claim, the review process may take longer than 3–5 days.

Refund Policy

  • You will receive a full refund for the account price, minus the warranty fee.
  • The warranty does not cover any items on the account or other additional costs.

Post-Warranty Support

Once your warranty period has ended:

  • While we no longer offer a money-back guarantee, BuyStation.gg will still provide support if any problems occur.
  • If you face an issue:
    1. First reach out to the seller through the order chat.
    2. If you do not receive a response, contact BuyStation.gg support, and we will communicate with the seller on your behalf.
