Seller Rules

Welcome to our marketplace! As a seller, you are expected to follow these rules to ensure a positive and successful experience for both you and the buyers. These rules are designed to create a safe, trustworthy, and efficient platform.

1. Product Listing Guidelines

  • Accurate Descriptions: Ensure that all product listings are clear, truthful, and accurate. The product title, description, and images should represent the actual product you are selling.
  • Pricing: Set a fair and competitive price. Price gouging or artificially inflating prices will not be tolerated.
  • Stock Availability: Maintain accurate stock levels. Remove or mark unavailable any out-of-stock listings.
  • On-Time Delivery: Fulfill orders within the promised time. Repeated delays may result in removal of your listings.
  • If You're Late or Partially Delivering: Obtain the buyer’s consent beforehand. Otherwise, a full refund may be issued if a dispute is opened.
  • Marking Orders as Delivered: Only mark an order as delivered once it’s fully completed. Premature marking can result in buyer refunds.

Prohibited Activities

Fraud Penalty Clause

  • Fraudulent Activity: Includes scamming, deceptive practices, misrepresentation, or attempts to defraud others.
  • Immediate Account Suspension: Indefinite suspension pending investigation.
  • Permanent Ban: Confirmed fraud leads to permanent account termination and removal of all listings.
  • Outside Communication: All buyer communication must remain on BuyStation.gg’s chat system. Only exception: voice chat for boost orders. Do not communicate with the buyer outside the site, such as Discord, Facebook, and other social media. If this happens, you will be permanently banned from here.
  • Promotion: Promoting other sites, stores, or unrelated platforms is prohibited.
  • Payment Policy: All payments must go through our platform. Outside transactions will result in a permanent ban.

Dispute Reporting

  • Responding to Disputes: Sellers must respond promptly.
  • The buyer and seller should first try to resolve issues respectfully via the platform’s messaging system. If unresolved, the issue can be escalated to support after the dispute resolution window.

Customer Feedback and Justice

Negative comments will not be removed unless they are political or offensive to your personal reputation.

Marketplace Regulations

  • Funds Retention: Engaging in scams or fraud may lead to a 15-day hold on your funds to protect affected buyers.
  • Authentic Descriptions: Do not copy another seller’s product description entirely. Doing so will result in a temporary ban.

Seller Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Age: You must be 18 or older to sell on BuyStation.gg.
  • One Account per Seller: Only one account is allowed unless otherwise approved. Teams may share login access with authorized partners.
